GINA WILLIAMSON
Has over 14yrs advertising experience in creating iconic design & marketing solutions in print, broadcast & web, for an extensive variety of companies worldwide.
Originally from the UK, Gina has since relocated to Los Angeles, where she has been creating successful film campaigns for market leading movie trailer Vendors. Her successes include box office smashes for AVATAR, 2012, ICE AGE, CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS, LAW ABIDING CITIZEN & the less recent, THE SIMPSONS (the movie), THE BUCKET LIST & the Dr Suess Movie HORTON HEARS A WHO.
She was responsible for creating the Home Entertainment branding for the new technology SONY BLUE-RAY.
Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Gina owned her own successful company in London for several years. Servicing the film & entertainment industry; creating title sequences from concept to completion, trailer & TV graphics, effects on film & compositing.
In addition to the above she was responsible for heading up the print division at THE PICTURE PRODUCTION COMPANY. She was the Head Creative in the Motion Graphics department of THE CREATIVE PARTNERSHIP, both cutting edge European market leaders. Gina has received National Acclaim for her involement in many design related awards including The Key Art awards for ‘HITCH-HIKERS GUIDE TO THE GALAXY’ In addition to the afore mentioned she has recieved recognition for her involvement with the hugely successful romantic comedy ‘AMELIE’ and her title sequence/campaign success for 28 DAYS LATER.
Gina is a flexible designer and feels comfortable in all areas of design including corporate. She has created logos and idents for many companys including studios such as MOMENTUM FILMS. She has even created a variety of Illustrative solutions for J.WALTER THOMPSON AGENCY, TREVOR SORBIE & NORTH CREATIVE.
Gina has directed and produced many music videos for leading artists including PLUMP DJ’S, for FINGER LICKIN’ RECORDS and PUBLIC DOMAIN for XTRAVAGANZA RECORDINGS.
